Pricing Details

Apartment # 1

  • Weekly Option. Rs 3,500 (USD 35) Per Day. Minimum One week Stay, (Rate Include Electricity and water charges and taxes)
  • 1 Month Stay. Rs 75,000/= (USD 750) Per month. Utility Bills have to be paid separately)
  • 3 months Stay. Rs 60000/= (USD 600) Per month (Minimum 3 Months Stay, Utility Bills have to be paid separately)
Apartment # 2
  • Weekly Option. Rs 3,000 (USD 30) Per Day. Minimum One week Stay, (Rate Include Electricity and water charges and taxes)
  • 1 Month Stay. Rs 65,000/= (USD 650) Per month. Utility Bills have to be paid separately)
  • 3 months Stay. Rs 50000/= (USD 500) Per month (Minimum 3 Months Stay, Utility Bills have to be paid separately)

Apartment # 3

  • Weekly Option. Rs 2,500 (USD 25) Per Day. Minimum One week Stay, (Rate Include Electricity and water charges and taxes)
  • 1 Month Stay. Rs 55,000/= (USD 550) Per month. Utility Bills have to be paid separately)
  • 3 months Stay. Rs 40000/= (USD 400) Per month (Minimum 3 Months Stay, Utility Bills have to be paid separately)

Other Facilities

Cleaning charges would be at a cost of Rs 200/= per visit (If required only)..

Note: Electrecity/Water costs Client staying on short term basis (Daily Rate) will be entitled to standard number of Units of Electricity free of charge. The Standard Number of units for electricity is 20 Excess Number of  Electricity units at the rate of Rs 33/= per unit. Client's stay on short term basis is entitled to unlimited water free of charge. Client staying on long term rental basis, Electricity bills are payable on monthly. Company will provide the electricity bill based on actual unit consumed for the period. Standard Rate is Rs 33/= per unit.
